Olam Agri, a global leader in food and agri-business, is seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to support its operations in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, contracts management, litigation, and compliance. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-impact legal and business initiatives across a global value chain.Key Responsibilities: * Work with external counsel to manage litigation and associated administrative processes

Manage and update legal applications and maintain legal databases
Handle contracts management and corporate legal documentation
Lead monthly legal reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
Manage data privacy compliance processes
Retrieve and organize legal files and integrate them into the existing legal framework
Ensure sound legal advisory support across departments

Qualifications and Requirements: * Graduate degree in Law (minimum Second Class Lower)

Member of the Ghana Bar Association
Minimum of 6-8 years' post-call experience, preferably in both law firm and corporate settings
Strong knowledge of corporate commercial practice and legal reporting
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
