We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at CareTech, a leading provider of smart home automation, surveillance systems, networking solutions, and advanced tech products in Ghana!ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Representative, you will:

Promote and sell our range of smart home devices (lighting, security, voice control), surveillance systems (CCTV & IP Cameras), networking equipment, and other tech solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, businesses, and distributors.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide customised solutions for clients.

[ad]Qualifications

Proven sales experience (tech sales experience is a plus!).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of smart home tech, networking, or security systems is preferred.
Valid driver’s license (ability to travel for client meetings).
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (not mandatory but beneficial).
