Job Vacancy For Headteacher / Mistress (Executive Manager)A reputable Educational institution seeks to fill vacancies in Tema and Madina-Accra. A well-established and fast expanding school complex at Madina-Accra is looking for a goal-oriented and self-motivated person with extensive experience in educational sector to lead a staff of over 45 teachers with a population of more than 400 learners/pupils to the highest standards of learning, with an objective of achieving academic excellence.Job Title: Headteacher / Mistress (Executive Manager)Qualification Required & Experience

Should hold a Master Degree or First Degree in Education or equivalent in any related course
Must have 5 years of work experience as a headteacher/mistress or in a similar position for the Master's Degree or 10 years work experience as a headteacher/mistress or in a similar position for First Degree
Have a highly professional and qualified teacher status
Must be familiar with the new standard-based curriculum used by the Ghana Education service
Must be computer literate

Age Limit: 40 - 50 yearsSkills/Competencies: The successful applicant must have various pre-requisite skills and competencies such as:

Leadership skills and be a team player
Resourcefulness, goal-driven emphatic, detail-oriented and adaptable
Ability to solve problems promptly, take quick decisions and possess great organisational skills
Ability to work extremely well under pressure
Ability to design academic courses and innovations
Excellent verbal and communication skills
