Kinno Hotel, a luxurious destination is seeking to recruit Human Resources Manager.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, including Ghana labour Act 651
  • Manage employee relations and promote cross-cultural team integration
  • Rapidly establish and scale recruitment system to meet pre-opening and expansion needs
Qualification Required & Experience
  • Fluent in English: proficiency in French or local languages (Twi, Ga) is a plus
  • 5+ years of HR experience in hotels across Africa or other emerging markets
  • Familiarity with Pregasus or Opera System
  • In-depth knowledge of Ghanaian social security, taxation and union negotiation processes preferred

  • Strong stress management and adaptability to high staff turnover
  • High cultural sensitivity in managing both local and expatriate teams
