OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effect to meet their challenges.   • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
