individual to act as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to spearhead our expansion in Ghana and the
African region with a strong sense of integrity to fill this vacant position.Job Summary:
This role is ideal for seasoned wealth managers/financial advisors with a strong network among high-
networth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, institutions, and family offices.Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Fundraising
- Raise a minimum of USD 5 million in Assets Under Management (AUM) from HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, and institutions (will vary as per salary/ seniority bands).
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies, securing long-term investor partnerships.
- Build strategic alliances with financial institutions, family offices and distribution partners.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and market stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Provide tailored investment advisory services & portfolio management solutions to HNW/UHNW clients, permissible as per local laws and regulations.
- Offer estate planning services, including trust structuring, succession planning, and tax optimization.
- Leverage our global expertise to deliver premium investment solutions to the investors in the region.
- Operate independently while collaborating with our global team.
- Deliver regular market insights, performance updates, and reports to senior management.
- Ensure all business activities comply with and international regulations.

- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or family offices.
- Relevant financial certifications/ qualifications (CFA, CFP, CAIA preferred but not required), as per local regulatory and/or industry requirements.
- Existing relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals and institutions.
