- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in developing indirect sales channels.
- Manage all distributors across Ghana and drive distributor sales performance.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and grow social presence.
- Collect market intelligence on the Compressed air business in Ghana.
- Do joint visits with all appointed distributors in Ghana.
- Generate leads and opportunities for the distributors.
- Proactively identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including market research, outbound calls, and social media.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's target market and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support in the sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiation, and finalization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to stay informed about new offerings and market trends.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, qualification, and sales targets.
- Monitor and follow up on Sales campaigns.
- Any other duties as directed by management
- Qualification in Engineering or similar through experience, education to degree level is desirable.
- Strong strategic and conceptual capabilities to support and develop indirect sales channels.
- Proven track record of delivering results in sales and marketing and sound commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of Compressor technology is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the local market, industry, and trends to provide a strategic pathway to success.
