Responsibilities :

Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company targets.
Identify high-potential areas and expand dealer network coverage.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for 2-3 wheeler products.
Conduct field visits to dealers, sub-dealers, and retail outlets to generate orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet buyers, and end-users.
Provide product demonstrations and support test rides to convert leads.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales manager.
Organise and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and local activations.
Ensure proper branding and merchandising at dealer locations.
Submit daily sales reports, visit logs, and market insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile for job ad : Field Sales Executive - Accra

Education: Diploma / Bachelor
Experience: 0-3 years in field sales, preferably in automotive or FMCG
Mobility: Must know to ride motorbike
Tools: Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and mobile reporting apps
