- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in leadership, people management, policy reform, advocacy, and project management.
- Program management experience in international development.
- At least 5 years in extractive industry, governance, or related fields.
- Strategic thinking with a 3–5-year horizon.
- Deep understanding of natural resource governance, energy transition, fossil fuel governance, and transition minerals.
- Ability to build and influence strategic relationships across project, country, and regional levels.
- Experience in complex environments driving systemic change across government, private sector, media, parliament, and civil society.
- Skilled in providing technical assistance on policy/business issues.
- Capable of delivering training and capacity development to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven resource and donor grant management.
- Postgraduate degree in political science, economics, law, international affairs, or related field preferred.
- Alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Standard office setup with remote work flexibility.
- Includes international and domestic travel, especially to mining production areas.

- You’re efficient, effective, and a clear communicator.
- You’re enthusiastic, proactive, and open to learning.
- You meet the Ghana work experience and English language written and spoken requirements.
