- The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet ales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership (an experience in he insurance industry will be a plus)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of the market, customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable business opportunities
