- Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and inclusion.
- Lead the design and implementation of employee well-being and recognition programs.
- Support the execution of the organisation-wide performance management framework.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Design and oversee a learning and development roadmap that addresses current and future capability needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring an excellent employee experience.
- Ensure all HR practices (recruitment, promotion, exit) are fair, inclusive, and aligned with HR policies and labour regulations.
