- Manage the 9-storey office complex of the organisation to ensure that all fixtures and equipment function effectively and efficiently
- Develop and maintain the Assets Register: of all properties within the Complex i.e computers, printers, projectors etc
- Develop a maintenance schedule of approved service providers and supervise the repairs and maintenance of the organisation's properties and assets
- Produce quarterly report to management on repairs and maintenance carried out
- Carry out routine and regular inspection of the organisation's assets
- Develop duty rosters for staff to ensure a round the clock cleaning and supervision
- Develop a database of service providers and ensure regular scheduled maintenance of the organisation property
- Develop policies for approval by the management aimed at ensuring the responsible and efficient use of the organisation's assets
- Collect data for the preparation of estimates for repair works
- Provide inputs for the preparation of budgets and work plans for the unit
- Supervise and appraise the performance of staff in the unit
- Supervise and manage the agency hired to clean the premises so as to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility at all times
- A minimum of a master's degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Estate Management, Land Economy, Building Technology or any other related field
- Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage
- A minimum of a 5 years post-Bachelor's relevant work experience in a reputable organisation
