  • Support the team in managing day-to-day customer interactions, queries, and follow-ups
  • Assist in onboarding new customers by explaining Renmo's services and guiding them through requirements
  • Track and update customer status and documentation in our CRM systems
  • Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues promptly
  • Contribute to improving the customer journey through feedback collection and analysis
  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and insights from customer engagements
  • Help coordinate WhatsApp community engagement and social follow-ups
  • Perform any additional administrative or support duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • A recent graduate eligible for national service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Workspace, CRMs)
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to take initiative
