- Support the team in managing day-to-day customer interactions, queries, and follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding new customers by explaining Renmo's services and guiding them through requirements
- Track and update customer status and documentation in our CRM systems
- Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues promptly
- Contribute to improving the customer journey through feedback collection and analysis
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and insights from customer engagements
- Help coordinate WhatsApp community engagement and social follow-ups
- Perform any additional administrative or support duties as assigned
- A recent graduate eligible for national service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Workspace, CRMs)
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to take initiative
