The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, closing sales deals, and maintaining client relationships. Additional duties include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and achieving set sales targets. The role involves regular coordination with the marketing team to align sales strategies and participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills.[ad]Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and experience in sales planning
Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Strong organisational skills and proficiency in CRM software
Ability to work independently and in a team, adaptable to hybrid work environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, HND, Diploma and WASSCE certification
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
