- Lead in the maintenance, control, planning, production of financial and management accounts in line with standard accounting policies and procedures
- A minimum of First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualification from a recognised university
- A minimum of Part II of the final certificate of ICA (Ghana) or ACCA
- A minimum of 7 years finance experience with at least 5 years in the Financial services/Banking industry
- Proficient in the use of an Accounting software
- Banking operations and regulatory frameworks both local and at the international level including IFRS reporting, BASEL 2 and other international standards
- Accounting principles, procedures, financial reporting standards and business planning processes
- Tax laws and related regulations
- Bank of Ghana regulations and Directives
- Developments and trends in the Financial Services industry
- Labour Law & Practice
