Job DescriptionKwaebibirem Rural Bank PLC, a reputable financial institution committed to providing exceptional banking services to our cherished clients, is seeking a highly qualified and results-driven professional to fill the role of Finance Manager.Key Responsibilities

Oversee the financial operations of the bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and coordinate external audits.
Monitor the bank's financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Ensure efficient cash flow management and proper reconciliation of accounts.
Provide financial advice and support to executive management and board committees.

Qualification Required & Experience

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., ICA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role-preferably in the rural banking sector.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards (IFRS), and banking operations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
