- Coordinate sales and delivery of bulk fertilizer, chemicals, seeds and other products with staff to meet objectives and maintain an efficient delivery system
- Make sales calls on all potential customers in the trade areas
- Work with other departments and stakeholders to grow overall company sales and market share
- Initiate sales contacts, understand customer needs and present applicable products and services
- Provide outstanding customer services to growers
- Actively engage in cross selling opportunities
- Provide innovative solutions to customers
- Grow volume of sales with existing customers
- Increase customer base year over year
- Degree in Agriculture / Animal Biology or related course
- 2 to 3 years work experience
- Proven ability to delivery exceptional customer services
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Knowledge and understanding of crops, chemicals, fertilizer and seeds
