- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive conversions.
- Manage and maintain Fido's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, ensuring regular updates and posts are in line with our content calendar.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to engage with our audience and address inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the design team for the creation of visually appealing graphics and assets for social media.
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including creating and optimizing ad content.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Fido's social media strategies are innovative and effective.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other brands to extend our social media reach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design elements.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
