- Plan and manage weekly YouTube content (long videos and Shorts)
- Create engaging video concepts designed to attract students studying abroad
- Produce and edit high-quality videos optimized for YouTube
- Create YouTube Shorts that tease and promote the main videos
- Repurpose short-form videos for TikTok and similar platforms
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for audience growth
- Research trending topics relevant to students living abroad
- Maintain a consistent content schedule
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve channel performance
- Engage with comments and help build an active online community
- Suggest creative ideas to grow the channel organically
- Two years relevant experience and/or Senior High School Certificate or Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy
- Experience editing videos for YouTube and short-form social media platforms
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar software
- Ability to create engaging short-form content
- Understanding of YouTube thumbnails, hooks, and audience retention
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines
- Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel is a strong advantage
