Fresh Graduates - Lab Background

• Conduct routine inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

• Perform quality tests and record results accurately.

• Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and report promptly.

• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and policies.

• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, test results, and reports.

• Support investigations into quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Work closely with production teams to improve product quality.

• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.

• Must be a fresh graduate or have a maximum of 1 year experience.

• Basic understanding of quality control principles and tools.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
