This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Legon for a Social Media Assistant. The Social Media Assistant will report to the Social Media Manager and be responsible for creating social media content, implementing social media marketing strategies, and engaging with our online community. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as creating posts, scheduling content, monitoring multiple social media channels, and analyzing engagement metrics.What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and social media marketing for accounts and brands
- Proven portfolio of growing audiences and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Strong copywriting and graphic design skills
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Experience creating and executing content calendars.
- An experience of delivering paid advertising across Meta and TikTok
- Experience with video editing software tools (Canva, Premier Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe, iMovie)
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
- CREATE, FILM and EDIT content
- Working with our management team to create and execute content calendars for all social platforms
- Utilise social media analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns, track KPIs, and provide insightful reports to key stakeholders
- Draft, edit, publish reels, photos and videos
- Creating digital flyers for events and topics daily
- Developing strategies to grow and nurture online communities around the different brands
