- Bachelor’s degree from Accounting and ACCA / ICA / CIMA qualified,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related fields,
- Strong analytical and reporting skills,
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined work style,
- Strong team player with the ability to work in coordination with related departments,
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Support the finance team in handling all transactions, including petty cash, bank transactions, and other related financial operations, in coordination with the direct manager,
- Verify, record, and process financial transactions using supporting documents in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accurate completion of month-end deadlines,
- Performing assigned transactions through EBA (external approval software), ensuring timely coordination, tracking of approvals, and confirming that all necessary authorizations are completed before submission of related documents for booking,
- Performing reconciliations with vendors or suppliers and resolving any discrepancies if any
- Assisting the team during the internal and external audits,
- Adhere to internal accounting procedures and group policies to maintain accurate and compliant financial records,
- Support the team in filing and archiving of invoices and related financial documents,
- Maintain accurate and complete records including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and supplier/inventory-related information,
- Collaborate with team members and provide assistance as needed to ensure balanced workloads and team efficiency,
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping with a strong attention to detail,
- Protect organizational assets by implementing and monitoring internal controls,
- Stay informed about changes in local financial legislation, ensure compliance, and advise management on necessary actions,
- Proactively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and initiatives.
