Job DescriptionA reputable financial institution is seeking qualified, dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join its growing team in various departments. The successful candidates will contribute to the institution’s mission of providing exceptional financial services and strengthening operational excellence.Role: Head of OperationsKey Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily banking operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and optimize resource utilization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ational goals and deliver exceptional customer service
Design, develop and keep updated the bank’s operational manual and ensure compliance to all operational guidelines, processes to improve customer service, cost effectiveness and control

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Master’s degree or professional Banking Qualifications (CB, CFA, FRM) is an added advantage
Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with 5+ years in a Senior Management role in Banking operations
