- Assist in developing annual marketing plans, product activation strategies, and brand positioning.
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable field activities.
- Lead and coach the marketing team, including marketing specialists and promoters.
- Monitor performance, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
- Oversee BTL activations, retail promotions, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, branding, logistics) for campaign execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor mapping.
- Provide insights about pricing, product movement, customer preferences, and industry shifts.
- Prepare strategic marketing analysis for management decision-making.
- Guide digital content planning, online campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Monitor digital advertising performance and help optimize brand channels.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and supplies.
- Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Submit weekly/monthly marketing reports and KPIs.
- Ensure proper documentation of campaigns, photos, and feedback.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years' experience in marketing, with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in building materials or mobile phones/electronics is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
- Knowledge of retail marketing, product positioning, and consumer behavior.
