- To evaluate and define requirements for delivering the necessary capability to business that enables quality solutions and a client centric orientation
- Minimum qualification: Relevant Degree
- Minimum years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
- Preferred qualification: Relevant Finance Degree
- Technical Knowledge/ skills and experience: In depth understanding and application of: Transactional banking / payments and clearing
- Treasury / cash management and working capital ratios
- Portfolio management and the sales life-cycle
- Transactional banking
- product knowledge Experience:
- In a same / similar role focused on delivering results and meeting / exceeding sales targets
- Track record of entrenched relationships within a portfolio of clients
- Ability to engage and persuade senior client stakeholders e.g. CFO, Treasurer
