- Lead the rollout of the transformation plan by turning strategy into actionable projects and ensuring alignment with daily operations.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, IT, procurement, retail) and manage external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Track progress using KPIs and dashboards, and provide regular updates to leadership on milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive adoption of new processes and systems, support communication from leadership, and manage resistance to change.
- Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
