Personal Assistant to the Managing Director - Reputable Company

- Organise the office of the Managing Director
- See to the filling in the Managing Director
- schedule and arrange all meetings of the Managing Director
- Make all travel arrangements for Managing Director and other management members
- Manage all other activities in the Managing Director’s office
- You will be required to take minutes at all meetings attended by the Managing Director
- You are to act in a manner that will be very confidential on company matters relating to the Managing Director’s office.
- You are not to act in a manner that will amount to a conflict of interest
- You will be required to handle all Human Resource issues in conjunction with the Managing Director's office. These include, but are not limited to, recruitment, training, placement, leave and general welfare of staff.
- Any other duties that might be assigned.
- A Degree or higher in Communication, Business or Administration with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge in HR will be an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and task
