Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager

• Formulate and implement the company's human resource policies
• Conduct job analysis and use best practice to design job descriptions that detail contents of each employees role
• Liaise with departmental heads to identify various recruitment needs and manage selection process for the company
• Oversee the training and development initiatives of the company
• Perform any other duty assigned by management

• A first degree or its equivalent professional qualification in human resource management

• The candidate must be a practicing human resource person with not less than 5 years working experience
• Must have initiative, good judgement and analytical ability
• Good communication, interpersonal, teaching and coaching skill
• Must be computer literate
