Drive sales of selected retail/personal products online.
Develop strategies to cross-sell or up-sell online to existing customers.
Develop strategies to grow or drive customer traffic to the company's online platforms.
Lead the online team in handling customer enquiries, complaints. and service delivery.
Drive customer retention agenda via online platforms.
Identify possible threats and opportunities in the company's online operations and make necessary recommendations for Management decision making.
Generate reports relating to online activities for management information and decision making.

Qualification Required & Experience

1st Degree and or professional qualification. Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience - Minimum 2- 4 years and above in:

Online Sales/e-commerce/e-banking or similar experience/Sales, Excellent customer relationship management/ client engagement at the highest level
