- Develop and implement effective adn efficient recruitment and section procedures to meet staffing needs
- Conduct training needs assessment and submit reports on training and development programmes
- Develop and implement cost-effective training interventions for staff
- Develop and implement performance management system that measures employee performance in a transparent manner
- Develop and implement a mechanism to link employee performance to recognise, reward and sanction accordingly
- Establish a system to monitor and communicate employee performance
- Provide strategic leadership and support to HR team activities to achieve corporate goals
- Coordinate employee communications relating to policy, programmes, benefits and grievances
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- Must be a member of a recognised Human Resource Management body
- Knowledge in Ghanaian labour law and employee relations is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management role in a Senior Management capacity
- Must be a certified Human Resource Practitioner
