- Initiating and coordinating staff and student based projects
- Assisting in the administration of the department, including conduct of examination, and preparation of time table
- Arrangement and supervision of students’ industrial visits
- Serve on Statutory Committees, e.g. Senate and its sub-committees
- Supervise students activities in workshops/laboratories
- Responsible for preparation and control of research and innovation budget under the lecturer initiative
- Assist in the preparation of departmental budget
- Managing the assets e.g. computers, files, furniture, cabinets etc. under the control of this office
- Embarking on extension and community service for the Presbyterian University College and beyond.
- Preparation of course and teaching plans/outlines for students
- Organization of mid-stream course seminars and presentations for student
