- Serve as first-level tech support for internal teams and clients, resolving issues or escalating when needed.
- Support testing of internal applications and provide feedback to the development team.
- Maintain and update records of common issues to help improve our systems.
- Assist with operations support, system monitoring, and data management.
- Open issue tickets and follow up until resolution.
- Provide tech-related training to internal staff and external partners when needed
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with MySQL or other databases.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills — you’ll be working across teams and sometimes with external users.
- Basic programming knowledge (bonus if you’ve played around with any scripting or automation).
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A naturally curious, tech-savvy mindset — you're the go-to person when things need fixing!
