Responsible for management of all sales executives in assigned region
Build a strong team and implement company’s marketing strategy
Organize and implement regional development and new promotional plan in accordance with company’s marketing plan
Build a good relationship with company’s clients
Have in depth understanding about our industry
Weekly reports to section directorMust-Haves:Minimum of a bachelor degree in related major (Business, MBA, Marketing etc.)
Minimum of 5 years experience in food manufacturing industry
Good analytical, leadership, presentation skills with effective communications skills, both orally and in writing
Operational excellence with good project management skills
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
High personal standards and goal oriented
English fluency
