- Conducts customer segmentation in Hospitals and clinics in line with the Company’s guidelines to approach the optimal tools and frequency.
- Maintains hospitals and clinics databases up to date to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to fulfil them in time.
- Keeps up to date with the latest products information to medical practitioners, KOLs, Pharmacist at various hospitals and clinics.
- Presents and discusses company products with healthcare professionals and KOL’s during face-to-face meetings and/or group presentations.
- Understands each institution business (Hospitals and Clinics) market insights to ensure achievement of short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Collaborates with the Marketing team to optimize results in a timely manner and be open to feedback and suggestions to increase market penetration.
- Complying with all Corporate Policies and Procedures, while conducting all job-related activities with integrity and adherence to high standards of business conduct
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/any related field.
- 3 Years work experience in pharmaceutical industry.
