- Implement the strategic and operational plans as approved to organise the Female Future Programme
- Recruit participants for the programme
- Propose and implement a marketing strategy for the programme
- Organise networking meetings
- Ensure the sustainability of the project
- Mobilise resources
- Prepare project budget
- Engage the alumni to map out the results of the programme
- Create a database of potential women board candidates for recommendation to companies
- Postgraduate degree from any recognised university in the areas of communication, marketing or any field in the social sciences
- At least 3 years of working in the private sector
- Experience in training and/or events management
- Experience in project management will be an added advantage
- Ability to undertake planning and budgeting
- Knowledge in project/events management
- Experience with training and talent management
- Good communication skills, proficiency in English
- Good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, team player and proactive
