- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction and site development
- Serve as the main point of contact between contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams
- Monitor construction timelines, budgets and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and prepare regular reports for management
- Identify potential risks or delays early and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track
- Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved within set deadlines
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, permits and building codes
- Work closely with architects, engineers and consultants to resolve technical or design issues
- BSc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Survey or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g MS Project, AutoCAD or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
