- Achieve daily targets for store visits and order signings, meeting new customer acquisition goals.
- Master core product selling points and competitive advantages to precisely match client needs.
- Efficiently execute regional promotional campaigns, promptly communicate new product updates and promotion policies, ensuring 100% terminal coverage.
- Conduct scheduled visits to regional clients, deliver customized ordering solutions, and improve repurchase rates.
- Gather end-client feedback on products, services, and pricing; promptly escalate recurring issues (e.g., fragile packaging, inconvenient payments) and assist in developing improvement plans.
- Monitor competitor activities (price adjustments, promotions, new launches) and document terminal performance (customer reviews, product efficacy). Include findings in daily reports or submit to the Regional Manager to support data-driven competitive strategies.
