- Develop and implement marketing strategies for flavor products across key segments (beverages, confectionery, dairy, snacks, etc.)
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the food and beverage industry
- Lead product positioning, branding, and value proposition development for flavor solutions
- Work closely with R&D to support new product development and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive B2B customer acquisition and retention
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, product launches, and client presentations
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence gathering
- Manage key customer relationships and support business development efforts
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and technical marketing materials (e.g., product specs, brochures)
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards in marketing communications
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Food Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in food ingredients, flavors, FMCG, or related industries
- Strong understanding of food flavor applications and industry trends
- Experience in B2B marketing (preferably supplying to manufacturers)
- Knowledge of food regulations and labeling requirements
- Proven leadership and team management experience
