- Support the preparation of the ICT budget
- Advise management on relevant software applications and digital solutions
- Set objectives and strategies for the ICT Department in line with the Bank's corporate goals
- Select and implement appropriate technologies to streamline internal operations and optimise strategic benefits
- Design and customize technologist systems and platforms to delight both internal and external customer experience
- Oversee the Bank's technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Plan, coordinate and manage ICT-related projects
- Monitor technological developments and emerging trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and continuous improvement
- A Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management position
- Proven professional experience in the financial services or banking sector
- Sound knowledge of emerging trends in banking and financial systems
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the banking and ICT environment
- Relevant and varied management experience
- Experience in coordinating the deployment of ICT systems for practical use by stakeholders
- Professional certificates in relevant ICT programmes
