We have it all, tailored just for you.Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe HR & People Operations Associate will support day-to-day HR operations within the assigned country, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.The role will primarily focus on supporting local HR needs while providing light coordination and administrative support across other markets as required. This position works closely with the Country Manager and Regional HR to ensure consistency in HR processes, accurate record-keeping, and alignment with company policies and local labor laws.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration
  • Support end-to-end HR processes within the assigned country, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and exits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory requirements with Finance and external partners
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management in line with company standards
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment documentation and processes
  • Facilitate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time
Employee Relations & Performance Support
  • Support the performance management process, including documentation and tracking of appraisal cycles
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters such as grievances and disciplinary processes in line with company policy
  • Provide first-level HR support and guidance to employees and managers
  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to Regional HR as required
Learning & Development
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation and learning records
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and development opportunities
  • Maintain records of learning and development activities
Employee Engagement & Wellness
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement and wellness initiatives within the assigned country
  • Assist in organizing activities that promote employee well-being and team cohesion
  • Encourage participation in company-wide engagement initiatives
Compliance & Policy Support
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements within the assigned country
  • Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes
  • Stay informed on basic labor law requirements and escalate complex issues to Regional HR
HR Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports on headcount, recruitment, turnover, and other key metrics
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data in HR systems
  • Support data collection and reporting for HR reviews and audits
Cross-Country HR Support (Light Scope)
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for HR activities in other countries as required
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and process alignment across multiple markets
  • Support Regional HR initiatives that span multiple countries
  • Ensure all cross-country activities are guided and approved by Regional HR
Required Skills or ExperienceExperience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Basic understanding of local labor laws and HR practices
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
