Job DescriptionWiawso College of Education is seeking to recruit Procurement OfficerResponsibilities and Duties
  • The Procurement Officer will be responsible for the supervision of the procurement process and preparation of procurement of goods, works and services with strict adherence to the procurement regulations as contained in public procurement act 2003(Act 663) and any other public regulatory framework
Qualification Required & Experience
  • The applicant must hold a good first degree and a postgraduate qualification in procurement / supply chain management or logistics management or logistics management or any equivalent qualification
  • The applicant must have served as Chief Procurement Assistant in a college of education or comparable grade in analogous institutions for at least 4 years
  • S/he must be a member of a recognized professional body (CIPS and GIPS)
