- Hiring: Recruit and onboard new sales professionals to strengthen the sales team.
- Team Management: Lead and oversee a team of at least 2 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure the implementation of sales plans by sales managers, offering support to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
- Client Management: Nurture relationships with the existing client base, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Reporting: Maintain daily reports to track team and individual performance metrics.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team success and meet business objectives.
- CRM and MS Office: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Team Management: Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team of 3 or more people.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle objections, and knowledge of effective sales techniques.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in personal sales.
- Recruitment: Experience in recruiting and hiring sales staff.
- Work Environment: Comfortable office setting.
- Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- Salary Structure: Base salary plus a percentage commission based on sales performance. The candidate can expect a total salary of 3000 GHS or more with all bonuses.
