- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
- Build a referral and lead generation network
- Identify products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing and policies and improving existing sales proposals
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
- Monitor and ensure fulfillment of purchase contracts terms and conditions are met by both parties
- Take potential buyers for a tour of the property that interest them
- Manage sales outlets on the various site
- Identify opportunities for events such as housing fairs that may lead to increase in sales
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost effective approach to purse new business opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Engineering or a related field
- 2 years previous business development working experience

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office-suite
