- Generate leads for new business opportunities and schedule meetings.
- Liaise with the Business Development Consultant and Managing Director to close deals, and attend meetings where necessary.
- Prepare weekly briefings on prospects and leads, highlighting progress and next steps.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through phone, email and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide accurate and prompt responses to potential clients' inquiries about company services.
- Research diverse industries to identify new lead opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
- Participate in company training and stay updated on services.
- A Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing / Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
