Job Vacancy For Business Development Officer

• Generate and Communicate business development strategies and sales & marketing targets for the area.
• Actively and proactively acquiring new clients & self-generating qualified leads through direct solicitation, cold-calling, strategic marketing and business development practices. Identify new areas of opportunity for potential growth.
• Provide market exposure and represent the Company at industry-related events, effectively networking with and educating clients and groups about building roofing solutions.
• Maintain a prospect database and communicate relevant project information to them
• Effectively apply and enforce company standards, policies and procedures.

• 1 year of Marketing/sales / business development specific to the roofing sheet industry.
• 1+ year of finance / business development in other industries. (Construction-related preferred).
• In-depth &business acumen and the ability to prepare an estimate.
• Excellent communications & customer service skills; ability to conduct a “crucial conversation”.
• Applicants residing within the Adenta-Dodowa enclave is an advantage
