- Customer Interaction: Meeting with applicants, explaining different loan types, and advising on interest rates and terms.
- Analysis & Evaluation: Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and credit histories to assess risk.
- Loan Processing: Gathering, verifying, and submitting necessary documentation for approval.
- Relationship Management: Developing referral networks, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with underwriters.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensuring all loans adhere to federal and state regulations.
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or any related field
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and numerical analysis abilities.
- Deep understanding of loan products, interest rates, and lending guidelines.
