Job DescriptionASA Savings and Loan LTD is searching for Loan Officers to occupy vacant position in its newly opened branches in the northern Region as well as the following regions: Greater Accra, Ashanti Region, Bono Region, Ahafo Region, Bono-East Region, Central region, Western region, Eastern region, Upper east region, Upper west region and the Volta region. Currently, the company is serving 225,000 clients across ten regions in 153 business units.Key Competencies/Skills required

Must be able to source for clients, disburse loans and collect installments
Must be able to capture data into all accounts and in software
Must be able to prepare credit plans for the organized groups
Must be able to mobilize savings deposits
Must be a team player
Must have high level of integrity and honest

Qualification Required & Experience

HND / Degree qualification from a recognized institution
Must be computer literate
Must be Ghanaian
Must be within the Ages of 20 – 28 years
