Job Vacancy For Real Estate Sales Manager and Sales ExecutivesA professional residential Rea; Estate Developer based in Accra has a vacancy for a Sales Manager and Sales Executives to sell Units of middle-income properties in the environs of Greater Accra.The estate is located within a fast-growing and larger commercial, residential, leisure and industrial location with excellent infrastructure and is gatedThe successful Sales Manager candidate will be responsible for:

Coordinating all marketing and sales activities
Directing, motivating and performance management of the Sales Team
Handling institutional sales
Report sales performance to the sponsors of the project

The successful Sales Team member must be:

Naturally confident, persuasive, hungry for success and eloquent
A go-getter (ability to hunt on their own)
Driven by a desire to earn as much as possible
High level of familiarity with social media platforms

Qualification Required & Experience

A minimum of a First Degree or HND
Good report writing and presentation skills
Ability to energetically work independently
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
