The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication within the team. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Tasks: Maintain files, databases, and records; manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
2. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
3. Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities; maintain a clean and organized workspace.
4. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into company systems and databases.
5. Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
6. Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Ghanaian business practices and regulations.
