As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the PremedGo Marketing initiative and campaigns in line with the operations of the Ghana Team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company goals.At PremedGo, we owe our success to the efficiency of organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced Marketing professional to support the COO and CEO (“Senior Management”) to build and manage a high performing business in Ghana while ensuring that PremedGo’s goals are aligned with local market conditions.The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Marketing, CRM, and IT management. Working closely with Senior Management to continually evolve the role CRM plays in achieving the business goals, this will be a multi-facted role to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the Operations team.[ad]On the Marketing side, your role will be to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments in collaboration with African Expansion and Operations Team. You will also be expected to lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support (working closely with the Global Initiative and Creative Lead) and driving collaboration.You will be required to work closely with African Expansion and Operations, liasing with them on a daily basis during the PremedGo Pilot phase (Please refer to the attached PremeGo Ghana Timeline). You main point of contact in the African Expansion and Operations Team will be the Global Initiative and Deployment Executive, African Region.Any subsequent hires in the Team will report to you. You will be reporting directly to the COO (your Manager).Objectives:
  • Maintain constant communication with Manager/s, Team members, African Initiative and Deployment Team, Medical Providers, and Customers (B2B and B2C) to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the company.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols (if necessary).
  • Oversee Marketing Campaign Budgets, CRM (including invoicing for Medical providers, B2B and B2C Customers) .
  • By analysing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices you will help PremedGo to build successful strategies (including product development) in the Ghana market.
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy
  • Helping develop creative briefs and guide creative direction in close collaboration with Global Initiatve and Creative lead, to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualizing and executing on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  • Managing content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
  • Gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Using PremedGo templates and marketing materials effectively to identify impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with Senior Management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
[ad2]2. Monitoring and Tracking KPIs
  • Tracking metrics and agreed KPIs to measure team performance pre Pilot and Launch (as per the Timeline), identify areas for improvement, and ensure goals are met.

  • Monitoring CRM Performance Metrics and main KPIs
  • Managing data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets - medical providers onboarded, B2B and B2C users (paid and unpaid) signed up, improve customer satisfaction, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent Customer Relations.
  • Conducting Marketing budget reviews and report cost plans to Manager on a quartlerly basis.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Developing and Implementing CRM Strategies. This includes selecting a CRM tailored to PremedGo’s business needs.
  • Managing Customer Data and Segmentation
  • Overseeing CRM System Implementation and Maintenance
  • Converting data into actionable business insights aiding other team members and influencing the broader company strategy
  • Contributing to the creativity and implementation of diverse marketing campaigns
  • Championing customer loyalty
4. Continuous Improvement:
  • Providing feedback to Senior Management on the PremedGo Ghana platform, systems and processes, and Customer service improvements based on insights gathered through CRM.
  • Participating in strategic (marketing related) projectsincluding contributing to strategic initiatives that drive internal quality and efficiency metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing management, Operations management, business administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, operations, or proven success in an operations management role.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry or emerging markets is a strong advantage.

  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of Ghana operations and CRM.
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to establish operations in unfamiliar environments.
  • Cultural competence and adaptability to diverse markets.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of business productivity software, marketing specific software and management software programs and an aptitude for learning new applications.
  • Multiple years of proven Marketing, Marketing management or CRM experience.
Additional Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Strong IT skills
